Personalisation

Customising or personalising your purchase is a very important aspect of our business. The popularity of personalised Precision Equestrian products initially took us completely by surprise, however we now concentrate our business effort specifically on this area- to great effect.

We like to think that our service is bespoke – that is, each different, individual, customer chooses their own different and individual set-up, even to the extent that we ask that our customers indicate their choice of colour for our own logos. Furthermore, the usual position for our Standard logo is the left chest position, but if you would like to have your yard logo at the left chest position instead, tell us. We will gladly move the Standard logo - perhaps across to the right, to accommodate your needs.

We currently have 3 Precision Equestrian logos: The Standard logo that appears on almost everything, the Square logo and the Jumping Horse logo (this is a 2 colour design- the 2nd colour is usually garment-colour).

We take the view that, as we can be flexible, why shouldn’t we be! We would not want to fix our logo colour and have it clash with the overall look you want to achieve in your personalisation, when it is so easy to change. It is this shift in attitude that makes us so pleasantly different from other ridingwear producers.

For personalised designs on the reverse of our garments, we tend to use a format known to us as a standard back design. This is naturally the most popular format, although you are in no way restricted to using this format, which consists of the riders name curved across the top in an arc, with the horses name in a straight line/s underneath. We also have a large variety of variations on this format, including incorporating the group or yard name into the back design.

A standard back design costs a fixed fee of £7.50, irrespective of the number of letters, or the inclusion of one of our many stock design ideas. We have done hundreds of back designs for our customers, and we have a variety of available fonts, which can be embroidered in an almost unlimited array of colours.

We are also able to place your wording on to your rugs and saddlecloths. In the main, we do not supply these items, owing to the sheer diversity of available products and styles, but we are more than willing to embroider your logo or text on to your own products. We generally charge a standard back design fee for each side however this is of course negotiable in the event of small or 1-word designs.

One of our greatest strengths is our ability to customise your purchase to the Nth degree if need be. If you would prefer that we use printing, we can do, if you would like something a little bit different or special, like placing stripes down the sleeves of your garment for example, we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements. If you want a product that you do not see in our range, ring us – we should be able to supply it anyway - customised products are our speciality.

Essentially, if there is a particular design, logo, wording or emblem you would like to incorporate in you purchase, please do at least contact us to discuss it. You should find the staff at Precision Equestrian most helpful, and your particular need should be met most effectively.
